Focus and Scope
Anuario Jurídico de La Rioja is a yearly published journal specially focused on studies and researches on juridical issues about the Autonomous Region of La Rioja (Spain).
It also embraces studies on Autonomic Public Law and other related juridical fields.
It includes a yearly updated exhaustive information on legislative, electoral, parliamentary, judicial and administrative issues about the Autonomous Region of La RiojaPeer Review Process
The Steering Committee will decide on the publication of manuscripts on the basis, if any, of the reports prepared by experts in the field.
Publication Frequency
This Journal is published yearly.
Journal items are published collectively, as part of an issue with its own Table of Contents.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Publisher copyright & self-archiving policies
The authors retain copyright of articles and authorize Anuario Jurídico de La Rioja the first publication. They are free to share and redistribute the article without obtaining permission from the publisher as long as they give appropriate credit to the editor and the journal.
Self-archiving is allowed too. In fact, it is recommendable to deposit a PDF version of the paper in academic and/or institutional repositories.
