El presente trabajo analiza de forma descriptiva la patentabilidad de material genético de origen humano. Se centra en marco legal, regulador de dicha institución, para después de analizar los concretos requisitos de patentabilidad, centrarse sobre un importante pronunciamiento del TJUE. Concluyendo el artículo con una reflexión sobre aspectos controvertidos que deberán ser analizados judicialmente en un futuro ante los imparables avances científicos.Downloads
