Los procesos electorales riojanos de 2011 tras la reforma de la LOREG

This paper studies the local and regional elections of 2011. It describes the legal and social situation that are reflected in the surveys in those aspects that may influence voting behavior. We analyze the candidates for the Parliament of La Rioja and the municipalities. It reports on the election campaign. We present the results obtained by the parties and electoral groups and territorial distribution of the vote. Results are considered especially in the municipalities head of region. The results and the development of the campaign show a basic continuity in electoral processes with differences that are reflected in the comparative tables provided.Downloads
