Las reformas de los Estatutos de autonomía
Abstract
Once analyzed the current keys of the «Estado de las autonomías», some useful lessons to understand the current processes of reform arise. The circumstances place us in a framework of impossible constitutional reform, a significant maturity degree and complexity of the system and an autonomy policy degree concerning the most of the CCAA. In consequence, it is impossible to repeat some new «Pactos Autonómicos».
