Las subvenciones electorales
Abstract
The regulation of the financial side of politics in Spain started in a state of confusion between the nature of the funding of elections and the funding of political parties’ regular activities, something which was partly caused by the regulation itself. However, the funding of elections is of a nature that is dealt with from the point of view of subsidies and taking into account the different established legal views on subsidies. The recent Law of Subsidies treats them in a way which does not solve the issue of the subsidy or non-subsidy nature of the subsidies for electionsDownloads
