Primeros pasos de la Reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de La Rioja
Abstract
The recent reforming process of the Statutes of Autonomy carried out in most of the Autonomous Communities has not been an exception for the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. This Report states the peculiarities of the way in which this procedure began in La Rioja: an initiative born outside the Parliament but then introduced on it. A Group of Work of an heterogeneous composition led by the President of the Parliament of La Rioja has elaborated a set of proposals which have been subsequently submitted to the review and exam of a group of jurists –called Group of Experts–. This Report analyzes and summarizes those proposals and the Group of Experts opinions. The resulting document was finally presented to the Parliamentary Committee appointed to formally initiate the reform procedureDownloads
