Abstract

We are before a basic work for the comprehension of the constitutional foundations of the Autonomous State and to discover an elaborated judgment on the recent resolution of the first resource of unconstitutionality raised against a Statute of Autonomy, with which there appears the sketch of a new constitutional doctrine that might be used as parameter to judge the conformity with the Constitution of the remaining resources raised against statutory procedure
