El estatuto jurídico del inmigrante extracomunitario

Abstract

In this contribution the author suggest to collect in her article the phenomenon of immigration, which is on the first news of the diary information in our country, consequence of an inflexion point in migratory tendencies. The non-Community immigrant regulation requires to analyse the requirements demanded to enter in Spain regularly and in the situations the immigrant could be crossing our borders. The article pretends to give a general situation of which is the immigrant regulation in Europe, in Spain and in the Autonomous Communities especially in La Rioja.
