Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the regulatory developments that have befallen the regulation of Appellations of Origin and, more specifically, the exercise of legal authority for their management, until the moment in which there is some uncertainty in the art in view of the disparate judicial and doctrinal pronouncements in this regard. This involves a series of effects of special importance in the daily management of Appellations of Origin and invited to design ways and means which seeks to reconcile the effective representation of industry interests and the effective respect of guarantees administrative supervision in this sector of the legal system.
