Políticas de igualdad de género : el modelo navarro

Abstract

This job checks the progress in policies for gender equality in Navarre, in the light of the applicable regulations. Among other things, the obligation, according to the preliminary drafts foral law and other norms, to transmit reports that support the impact on grounds of gender, institutional agreements in terms of domestic violence and couple relationships, the implementation of the procedure to accompany the implantation of equality plans in small and medium-sized companies, or the impulse of positive actions measures for men on the field of work-life balance. It has been proposed to extend the reports that assess the impact based on gender to the propositions of law, to regulate by means of law the prostitution as a projection of the gender-based violence, to introduce «zipper» lists in the regional elections, and to promote the positive action in favor of conciliation measures shared by men and women, for those supposed cases when both parents are employed.
