El sistema europeo de derechos fundamentales tras la entrada en vigor del Tratado de Lisboa
Abstract
The European system of rights has already its own history; a history the following pages analyze and reflect on. The European culture of rights is progressively becoming a unifying symbol of different national pasts and, increasingly, the identifier of their collective future. The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union is an important step forward and has a key role in the enhancement and reinforcement not only of the national systems of fundamental rights, but also of the European Convention on Human Rights. But, as the compromise in establishing socializing patterns to its values and rights shows, the Charter is also a symbol set to unify the European citizens around a common standard. But always in the belief that rights have to be protected by their guarantee systems and that the rule of law is an always threatened and unreached achievement. A project, a dream and a legally articulated daily duty.Downloads
