La práctica legislativa de las CCAA sobre su Derecho Civil propio

Abstract

It intends to carry out a legislative analysis about the development of the own civil laws that nowadays are carrying out several CCAA, specially, Catalonia and lesser extend in Aragon, focusing in the study of the own Catalonia"s Law. The reason comes protected because in a next future this Community will finish a fundamental and important legislative work: Approve an own Catalonian Civil Code. To highlight that at this time, only the approbation of the Book VI «Duties and contracts» is remain of approved.
