Las divinidades indígenas protectoras de núcleos de población en la Hispania Romana
Abstract
Bandua, in the Lusitanian-galaic area, is a god who is connected to unromanizated population points through his surnames which reveal relationship of protection. In romanizated populations this function was developed by genii and lares. In eastern indo-european Hispania it had a compatible divinity to Bandua which only was expressed through his surnames and being unknown his real name. He was also connected with mountains besides tot unromanizated populations. His function must be sobereign and his unknown name connect it with classical news about celtiberian religion.Downloads
