Abstract

The object of this investigation is to analyze the drunkenness and the moderation through the clasical textual evidence. The practice of wine consumption can be discovered through the Greek and Roman authors. In the Ancient Ages wine permissiveness as well as wine refusal will be in relation to their consequences.
