Resumen

El presente trabajo analiza el arbitraje de inversiones desarrollado ante el Centro Internacional de Arreglo de Diferencias relativas a Inversiones (CIADI), cuando el conflicto tiene lugar entre sociedades (personas jurídicas) de diferentes Estados parte del Tratado, así como los problemas que suscitan algunos de los laudos dictados al respecto.
