Abstract

Globalization and Risk Society test the classical notion of Law as a social system. The traditional frame .in which Law rules society. enters into crisis due to the extraordinary complexity of a reality in which events happen faster and faster. This situation causes that the legal system does not develop a life insurer function anymore, instead it becomes a source of risks and improvidences.
