In a time when Web 2.0 and social networking terms are part of our daily lives, it is necessary and strict legal approach to the new reality. Therefore, the present research work looks into one of the many problems caused social networks in cultural and social relations that shape the everyday of the XXI century. Specifically, the rights injury produced as a result of the diffusion in social networks images or videos without consent. The breath of the subject and the focus from it is approached from the constitutional involves analyzing the classical constitutional foundations from a renewed perspective to determine when, in thin context, there is an injury of the rights to honor privacy and self-image.Downloads
