Abstract

The current work examines the rules on a scheme of authorisations for vine plantings contained in Regulation (EU) nº 1308/2013and in Commission implementing Regulation (EU) nº 2015/561 of 7 April 2015 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) nº 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the scheme of authorisations for vine plantings. This work also includes the recent case law of theSpanish Supreme Court on the protection of appellations of origin.
