Reputacional feedback systems, fake reviews and unfair commercial practices

One of the most important things that we should consider when we want to contract throught e-commerce plataforms is the numbers of positive reviews that these product has before buying it. However, can we trust in those reviews? This study analyzes how this reputational feedback systems works and define the effect of these fake reviews in the case of the unfair commercial practices.Downloads
