Abstract

After the Second World War, and in the midst of the triumph of Keynesianim and the welfare state, F. A. Hayek carried out a renewal of liberal thought using its most classical theoretical foundations. In this way, Hayek’s thought has become over time the inspiration for neoliberal theory and practice.
