Abstract

The increasing use of software based on Artificial Intelligence within the society has implied an interpretative paradigm change in respect of this systems ultimate purpose, going from being understood as mere tools to, in some cases, to ends in themselves. The legal sector and, the practice of law in particular, is aware of these technological advances, seeing how, more and more frequently, the lawyer´s own functions are becoming fully automated.
