One option of the sharing economy version which embodies platforms such as Uber goes beyond a simple relationship of an offer and a request for services. The phenomenon is causing concern in terms of the development of work «on request» which enjoys little social protection. Under various provisions of the French laws, a number of legal devices allow for a framework for this kind of organisation of professional activity. However most traditional legal solutions appear inadequate or unsuitable. It becomes imperative to find imaginative solutions.
