The Conventional Clauses in The Matter of Distance Work: General Content and Proposals For Improvement

Abstract

This paper analysis the Spanish conventional clauses related to distance work and teleworking, from the perspective of their content. In general, such content is poor and scarce, as the negotiators only repeat the provisions of the European framework agreement of teleworking of 2002 or from the article 13 of the Workers’ Statute. So, the author points new critical thematic points and gives recommendations to the collective bargaining in order to enrich this one and guarantee the legal certainty.
