The present study addresses the complex administrative process in determining and evaluating situations of dependence and/or lack of personal autonomy, although it is endowed with acertain objectivity in its determination. Th e reality has been imposea and shows a very complex administrative process with certain doses of subjectivity of the evaluators and a result of legal uncertainty for the call to be benefi ciary of rights recognized in LD. Th is also binds problems, when accepting or not having “footbridges” with other situations that may coincide in a person, such as the condition of incapacitated for work/incapacitated judicial/ordisabled with that of dependent.
