The changes in the world of work affect mainly the working time arrangements, expanding the concept with the aim to cover issues that has been conceived until now as par of the private life, The time sovereignty concept brings a new global vision in line with the new elements of the 24/7 society. The ILO Global Commission for the Future of Work included this concept as one of the “investment” needed to build a human centre agenda. This idea implies a new holistic and broader vision of fundamental rights
