Abstract

Nowadays, teleworking finds the bulk of its regulation in the Royal DecreeLaw 28/2020, of September 22, on remote work. However, the law gives a merely residual role to the collective rights of remote workers. This is proven by the fact that she dedicates a poor precept to the topic that she herself calls “Collective rights of people who work remotely”.
