Abstract

This paper analyzes automation and robotics in service industries, examining the social and economic forces that influence the development and use of technology abnd its intersection with law and public policy. It will be analyzed the power and responsibility of the government in order to ensure that technology serves the public good by advancing the health and welfare of the community, including employees.
