Debris flows and fluvial dynamics in torrential rivers of Central Pyrenees. A great accumulation o heterometric deposits is studied in the headwater of the Ijuez river, Central Spanish Pyrenees, triggered by successive debris flows. The granulometric and sedimentological characteristics of the depositare analyzed and they are compared with the fluvial-type sedúnents, located downstream. Some aspects of the influence of these deposits on the general dynamics of the main river are discussed.Downloads
