Abstract

This work analyses how the classic labor principles project on the modern variable salarys ystems. it focuses particularly on the Spanish principles of «condicion más beneficiosa» (most beneficial condition) and «indisponibilidad de derechos» (non–availability of rights). Following the same purpose, it reflects on the creation of new principles taken from the court’s doctrine which could be applied to these modern salary systems. With this aim, the new principles of transparency and objectivity are proposed and given their corresponding content.
