Call for papers: nº.50 (2026)

Brocar: Cuadernos de Investigación Histórica is an academic journal published by the University of La Rioja. Its contents address all aspects related to History, Philosophy, and Cultural Studies, from the Middle Ages to the Contemporary period. The journal is currently undergoing evaluation for inclusion in international indexing databases, and therefore all submissions are very welcome. The selection process for manuscripts complies with the quality standards of scholarly publishing (double-blind peer review and submission management through the OJS platform).

If the number of accepted manuscripts exceeds the number of articles that can be published in the forthcoming issue, the accepted papers will be listed in the “Accepted Articles” section and published in the subsequent issue of the journal. This system allows authors to receive the corresponding DOI and official confirmation of acceptance at an early stage.
