Abstract

This article realizes a review from two slopes: On the one hand, on the inequality of the women in the socio-labor area and, on the other hand, on the modifications that the labor market is experimenting on these moments. From these analyses there is based the review of the roles of men and women and one proposes the modification of these roles across the education for the equality. With this object there is realized an analysis of the current situation of the woman and of the coeducational existing practices, raising changes in the matter.
