Abstract

El tema de este artículo es analizar algunos aspectos de la terminología jurídica empleada por los agrimensores romanos en sus tratados. Hemos limitado el estudio a los vocablos de significado más problemático y que en la literatura gramática tienen una acepción especifica, diferente, en ocasiones, a la habitual. Los términos en los que hemos centrado este estudio son los siguientes: 'abalienare / abalienatio', 'adsignatio','controversia','emere-vendere / locare-conducere', y 'munificentia'.
