Sebastián Martínez Pérez (Treguajantes-La Rioja 1747 - Murcia 1800) is a prominent personality in different areas and places chronologically located in the last decades of XVIII century. In this article I intent to contribute new data about his biography and defining his striking relationship to the painter Francisco de Goya, pointing the possible role and influence of this “riojano person” has been played in the evolution of the artistical ideas of the “aragones” genius.Downloads
