The ambassador and secretary of State Jeronimo Grimaldi y Pallavicini, of Genoese origin, undertook significant initiatives related with the foreign affairs. But he had also an active but discrete role on the intrigues and power struggles with Squillace and, above all, with Aranda, allowing him to maintain his political position for almost thirteen years, from 1763 to 1776.Downloads
