The article exposes the history of the Library Arte y Letras, an important collection of illustrated books edited in the Barcelona of end of I follow and that represents the union of the literature with the Catalan aestheticism of end of century. It indicates the different publishers and printers that it had the collection, the engravers and draftsmen who at her were employed, and the activity that in the Library prominent figures had as Lluis Domènech i Montaner and Jose Yxart. Likewise it details the books that compose the collection as well as those of other libraries of the epoch and puts in clearly many doubts and erroneous information that existed on her.Downloads
