Resumen

La atención educativa de los alumnos con problemas de conducta es un reto para muchos educadores. En este artículo se analizan algunos recursos relacionados con la formación del profesorado encaminados a facilitar su tarea docente. Se contemplarán factores personales, profesionales e institucionales que guardan una estrecha relación con la mejora de la competencia en este ámbito. La finalidad última es proporcionar orientaciones sobre algunas variables fundamentales que deben considerarse a la hora de elaborar programas de formación del profesorado en este campo.
