Abstract

The article comes from the news of the second phase of the french plan against school violence, to compare it with the situation in our country.Some represive measures have been taken in France being these ones wihich have most taken in account in our country, not having in the mind those with an educative or pedagogic value. In Spain we can talk about indiscipline more than violence, something considered exceptional. Indiscipline happens more often in secondary school. Teachers in Secondary Education complain about their students’ indiscipline basically. Education for peace can be effective as a preventive element of school violence, but always as something that comes directly than the reality in the class.
